Terms of Service

These terms describe the HVAC homepage concept request offered by HVAC SiteCraft and the conditions that apply when you use this website.
Service provider
The website and service are operated by Rog Innovations - Cezary Róg, a sole proprietorship registered in CEIDG, trading as HVAC Sitecraft, at ul. Stawy 5, 02-467 Warszawa, Poland. NIP: 5213786955. REGON: 367699620.
Free homepage concept
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or require us to create a concept. We review each submission based on fit, capacity, and available information, then reply with availability and an expected delivery date. A concept prepared for an accepted business is offered for evaluation only and does not begin a paid subscription.
Paid website service
If you approve the direction and choose to launch, the complete website service costs $299 per month with no setup fee. A three-month initial commitment applies after launch, for a minimum paid commitment of $897. Hosting, SSL, technical maintenance, and reasonable text and image updates are included within the agreed scope. After the initial three months, the service continues month-to-month at $299 with no new fixed-term commitment.
Cancellation
You may cancel by email at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly billing period. No cancellation fee applies after the three-month minimum has been paid. Managed hosting, maintenance, and updates end when the paid service ends.
Website, domain, and transfer
Your domain and supplied content remain yours. Once the $897 minimum commitment has been paid, you also keep the finished website after cancellation. There is no additional transfer or buyout fee. On request, we will provide the finished website files and reasonable transfer assistance within 10 business days. Your domain remains registered in your name or company account throughout.
Scope and results
The service does not include paid-ad management, guaranteed search rankings, a full ongoing SEO campaign, custom CRM software, or unlimited redesigns unless separately agreed in writing. We do not guarantee website traffic, leads, calls, rankings, or revenue.
Free-concept rights
Requesting or receiving a free concept alone does not grant ownership of its design files, code, or other work product. Website ownership and transfer rights apply to customers who launch and complete the minimum paid commitment.
Acceptable submissions
You agree to provide accurate information, have authority to request services for the named business, and not misuse the form, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful or infringing content.
